High precision filling principle: First, perform the first high-dose filling (accounting for 95% -98% of the total weight), which is then weighed and fed back to the PLC through a high
precision weight sensor. The PLC then iteratively calculates to control the second precision compensation filling (accounting for 2% -5% of the total weight) for weight compensation, 
ensuring the accuracy of the filling. The filling accuracy can reach plus or minus two thousandths.
The machine casing and material contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygiene standards of the food processing industry. Fully automatic completion of 
all production processes including feeding, automatic bag picking, coding, bag opening, quantitative filling, heat sealing, and finished product output. Electrical and pneumatic 
components use well-known domestic and foreign brands to ensure smooth operation, excellent performance, and reliable quality of the machine. The touch screen intelligent PLC 
control and human-machine interaction interface make operation simple and convenient. Electric adjustable clamp width, suitable for bags of different widths; Can intelligently 
detect whether the opening and unloading of bags are complete, without wasting bags and saving costs; Multiple prefabricated bag materials are available for selection, with a wide 
range of packaging options, and can be customized for one-on-one sampling according to customer requirements.
